Plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Cancel any time from your billing page; downgrades and cancellations take effect immediately with prorated billing. There are no minimum terms.
You retain ownership of your data. We retain ownership of the Sparkback platform and brand. Standard stuff — formalized when the policy lands.
Our free review-audit tool at /audit is powered by the Google Maps Platform Places API. Your use of the audit is also governed by Google's Maps Platform Terms of Service — anything permitted or restricted there applies to your use of our audit. Google's rating and review-count data is Google's content, not ours; we display it under Google's attribution requirements and do not warrant its accuracy.
